Job summary

TCC Materials, a leading manufacturer of architectural and concrete specialty products, is seeking a hands-on assembler and forklift operator in Saint Cloud, MN. You will work in a fast-paced facility, operating batching and mixing systems and handling block, bagged goods, and liquids.

Responsibilities include maintaining product quality, recording production data, labeling pallets, and coordinating with the office on work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read, write, and speak English; work in a team.
• Basic math skills for production sheets and schedules.
• Understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate batching, mixing, and production systems for blocks, bags, liquids, or packaged goods.
• Measure and maintain quality and accurate weights on the production line.
• Record finished goods production on worksheets daily.
• Apply labels to pallets, bags, containers, and shippers.
• Drive forklift to move items and load/unload trucks as needed.
• Interface with office staff on production/work orders and inventory forms.
• Maintain clean work area and follow PPE and company policies.
