TCC Materials, a leading manufacturing facility in Minnesota, is seeking reliable personnel for multiple production roles including forklift operation, packing, palletizing, labeling, and operating batching and mixing systems. The team focuses on quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong English skills, basic math, and familiarity with manufacturing equipment and PLC systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must read, write, and speak English and work well in a team.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong quality and productivity standards.
• Basic math skills to fill production sheets, interpret schedules, and follow procedures.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Experience with batch/PLC systems in a production setting.
• Forklift training as required by OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Operate batching, mixing, and production systems for blocks, bags, liquids, or packaged goods.
• Measure and maintain quality and weights of products on the line.
• Record finished goods production on worksheets.
• Apply labels to pallets, bags, containers, and shipments.
• Assist inventory reviews and order raw materials or adjust stock levels.
• Drive forklift to move goods within the facility and load/unload trucks.
• Maintain PPE and clean work area per company policy.
• Coordinate with office staff on production/work orders and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers, suppliers, and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
