Job summary

Arkema Inc. in Massachusetts is hiring a Production Operator on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:15 AM–3:30 PM) with overtime as needed. Earn $27.00–$30.00 per hour plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus and health benefits starting Day 1.

You will follow SOPs, maintain batch records, handle hazardous materials safely, and support manufacturing across the department. Training is provided in a team‑oriented environment that values safety and collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to learn and participate in operatordriven inplant lab testing, preventive maintenance activities, shop floor problem solving, and 5S workplace organization (training provided).
• Ability to work effectively with others in a teambased environment.
• Basic problemsolving skills with the ability to follow standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Practice Safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations
• Follows written instructions and standard operating procedures to manufacture quality products.
• Responsible for accurate batch sheet administration and retain sample collection.
• Follow proper procedures for the handling, storage and transfer of hazardous material.
• Operates all equipment within your respective department.
• Assist as needed and when available in other areas in Manufacturing.
