Job summary

Bostik is hiring a Production Operator in Louisville, KY. You will operate mixers, blenders, packaging lines, forklifts, and palletizers while following batch sheets to ensure product quality. You will participate in safety programs and collaborate with the team to meet plant objectives.

The role includes on-the-job training, a strong team-first environment, and opportunities to grow within our global network. Applicable experience is valued and a commitment to safety is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Some technical training or college preferred.
• Industrial process maintenance experience highly valued.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Good written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including mixers, blenders, packaging lines, forklifts, palletizers and basic hand tools.
• Follow process batch sheets to produce quality products.
• Participate in safety programs to achieve safe behavior and Zero Incidents.
• Work with the team to meet plant/shift objectives.
• Follow all plant policies and procedures.
