Job summary

Bostik is hiring for a Production Operator on the weekend night shift in Middleton, MA. Schedule: 11:30 PM to 11:30 AM with overtime as needed; you will follow SOPs, run equipment, and maintain batch records in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to learn and participate in operator-driven in-plant lab testing, preventive maintenance activities, shop floor problem solving, and 5S workplace organization (training provided).
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team-based environment.
• Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to follow standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations.
• Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures to manufacture quality products.
• Responsible for accurate batch sheet administration and retain sample collection.
• Follow proper procedures for the handling, storage and transfer of hazardous material.
• Operate all equipment within your respective department.
• Assist as needed and when available in other areas in Manufacturing.
