Job summary

Bostik in Middleton, MA is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will follow SOPs, operate equipment, and ensure safe, quality production.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, benefits from Day 1, and hands-on training in a team-oriented environment. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to learn and participate in operator-driven activities and shop floor problem solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Basic problem-solving skills following standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and SOPs to manufacture quality products.
• Operate department equipment and ensure accurate batch records.
• Retain sample collection and proper batch sheet administration.
• Handle and store hazardous materials per procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates and support other areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, you will…

• Practice Safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations
• Follows written instructions and standard operating procedures to manufacture quality products.
• Responsible for accurate batch sheet administration and retain sample collection.
• Follow proper procedures for the handling, storage and transfer of hazardous material.
• Operates all equipment within your respective department.
• Assist as needed and when available in other areas in Manufacturing.
