Job summary

Bostik in Louisville, KY is hiring for an entry to skilled manufacturing role. Earn $19.50–$21.50 per hour depending on experience, with shift differential and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Generous health benefits start Day 1, plus hands‑on training and a supportive team environment focused on safety and quality. As part of Arkema/Bostik, you’ll operate mixers, blenders, packaging lines, forklifts, and basic hand tools, following batch sheets and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including Mixers, Blenders, Packaging lines, Forklifts, Palletizers and Basic Hand Tools.
• Follow process batch sheets to produce quality products.
• Participate in Safety programs to achieve safe behavior and Zero Incidents.
• Work with the Team to meet plant/shift objectives.
• Follow all plant policies and procedures.
