ASSA ABLOY is seeking a degreed Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineer with a pathway to Operations Management to supervise hourly production staff and drive cost, quality and delivery improvements. Under the supervision of the Profit Center General Manager, you will train teams, ensure safety and quality standards, and lead continuous improvement across assigned operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment.
• B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology or related field.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assign employees to meet production schedules.
• Ensure training and safety/quality requirements are met for all operations.
• Collaborate with setup, quality, and manufacturing engineering to ensure requirements are understood and met.
• Track employee performance and provide feedback in a timely manner.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and 5S initiatives.
• Troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment and robotics as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support plant schedules.
