Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• A degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Two to five years in manufacturing supervision.
• Strong communication skills for group and individual meetings on goals, quality, safety, and training.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees on production operations under the Profit Center GM.
• Control cost, quality and delivery for assigned operations.
• Ensure training and compliance with safety, quality standards and company policies.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and implement process improvements.
• Assign employees to meet production schedule demands and track performance.
