Sunshine Acres Donation Center in Mesa seeks an experienced leader to run the daily operations of the production floor at our thrift store, overseeing people, store operations, customer service, and financial management to fund the Sunshine Acres Children's Home mission.

You will supervise warehouse teams, manage inventory, schedules, training, and compliance, while partnering with departments to optimize performance and service to donors and customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Five-year work experience in Retail/Production Management required.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Leads the daily operations of the production floor.
• Oversees payroll costs and operating costs to budget.
• Manages inventory, staff, and training to meet goals.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Coordinates logistics for product transportation and delivery.
• Partners with community businesses to promote Sunshine Acres mission.
• Ensures store is a safe, compliant environment and leading of a team.
