Job summary

The Foundry Ministries, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Production to oversee the sorting, evaluation, and pricing of donated items and to support training of program participants in the Production department.

You will meet with the team to discuss evaluations, recognitions, and GRO W issues, uphold our mission/values, and supervise daily operations while signing the Statement of Faith where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of retail management experience.
• Ability to operate computer/tablet for job duties.
• Willingness to work overtime and special events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production department operations.
• Train and supervise program participants in Employment Readiness and related tasks.
• Meet with the team to discuss participant evaluations, recognitions, and GRO W issues.
• Ensure production goals and inventory are organized and met.
• Serve as store liaison in the absence of General Manager and Assistant Managers.
