Savers, Inc. in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Production Manager to lead the day-to-day production process and supervise the production team across the backroom and sales floor.

You will ensure pricing accuracy, shopability of racks, and on-time product placement in alignment with company policies and procedures while coaching staff to improve performance. You will monitor store performance, plan staffing, train supervisors, and champion loss prevention, safety, and exceptional customer/donor

Qualificações

• Experience in retail store management or industrial management.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Results-driven leadership with ability to coach and develop team members.
• Proficiency in planning, prioritizing, and coordinating tasks to meet targets.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the production and supervise the production team across backroom and sales floor.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, shop-ability, and timely product placement in accordance with policies.
• Monitor store performance and drive financial results per operating plans.
• Plan staffing, recruit, and train supervisors and team members.
• Maintain loss prevention, safety, and excellent customer/donor service.
