Job summary

Sunshine Acres Boutique and Donation Center Inc is seeking a team-oriented associate to support daily donation processing, pricing, and customer service at our Mesa location. You will help unload donations, price items, and keep intake areas organized while ensuring a respectful donor experience.

Strong customer service, reliable time management, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be a people person with a pleasant attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a team environment and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily production and smaller team goals.
• Ensure all products are clean and tagged.
• Price all donated merchandise within pricing guidelines.
• Offload donations and prepare them for processing.
• Assist with unloading furniture and moving carts as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized intake and processing areas.
• Greet donors and provide a positive, value-focused experience.
• Communicate quality issues to management and follow procedures.
