Red-White-and-Blue-Thrift-Stor is seeking a Production Supervisor to support the Production Manager and oversee daily production room operations. You will lead the team, ensure quality, and help meet production goals in a dynamic thrift store setting.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, safety compliance, and collaboration with management to optimize productivity and efficiency. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to support diverse donors and customers.
