Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production goals through efficient processes.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Uphold safety by coordinating monthly safety committee meetings and addressing issues.
• Prepare and communicate production targets, achievements, and reports to staff and management.
