Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure safe, cost-efficient operations and effective staff management across Production, Soil room and Washroom areas.

You will schedule, train staff, control labor costs, and uphold quality standards daily. Responsibilities include coordinating with maintenance, leading monthly safety meetings, and communicating targets and results to the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years production experience in a related environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced setting with attention to detail.
• Familiar with production safety regulations and issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly goals with efficient processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet targets and cost controls.
• Demonstrate leadership aligned with Crown Laundry culture and policies.
• Fill in and assist with other positions to meet production needs.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Ensure safety through monthly committee meetings and issue follow-ups.
• Communicate production targets and achievements via boards and meetings.
• Prepare accurate daily production reports for the team.
