Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the Production, Soil room, and Washroom departments, ensuring safe, cost-efficient operations and effective staff management.

The role requires leadership in scheduling, training, and maintaining quality, with close collaboration with maintenance to keep equipment running and a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years production experience in a related environment.
• Solid leadership acumen.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong collaboration with maintenance and office staff.
• Familiarity with production safety regulations/issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production goals.
• Exhibit leadership aligned with Crown Laundry culture and set an example for policy adherence.
• Fill in and assist with other positions as needed to meet production goals.
• Work with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Uphold safety by supporting monthly safety meetings and addressing violations.
• Track production targets and communicate progress to employees; use a Production Board.
• Produce and distribute daily production reports and assist with HR-related paperwork.
• Ensure formulas and processes are documented, taught, and followed.
• Handle administrative duties such as reporting as needed.
