Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to lead the production floor, uphold safety and quality, and deliver on-time aircraft component manufacturing within FAA guidelines. You will drive key metrics, manage WIP with planning, coordinate with HR, Safety, Engineering, and Quality, and maintain ERP data access to report performance.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years experience or equivalent in manufacturing/repair.
• Repair station and new manufacturing experience.
• A&P license or repairman certificate; FAA Part 65 qualification.
• Experience with aircraft component processes and inspections.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen.
• Execution and delivery of KPIs.
• Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint proficiency; ERP data navigation.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and quality across operations.
• Drive metrics: on-time delivery, throughput, productivity.
• Measure and report daily/weekly production performance.
• Lead WIP management with planning to meet the monthly plan.
• Communicate across teams; identify actions to improve performance gaps.
• Maintain stocks; escalate shortages and out-of-stock items.
• Ensure 5S and preventive maintenance; track status.
• Provide clear shift communications and daily progress updates.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Procurement, Maintenance, Customer Service.
