Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6 years of technical experience and 3+ years in leadership.
• A&P license required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations in the machine shop ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Coach and direct team, schedule workload, and track performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements.
• Maintain equipment via maintenance and calibration.
• Read and interpret technical data and drawings for components.
• Ensure parts meet airworthiness specifications and document repairs.
