You will lead a team in a 4–shift production environment, ensure compliance with strict industry standards, and drive performance through coaching and data-driven decisions. A strong safety culture and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 3+ years in aerospace manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong safety leadership and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Lead, motivate, and guide a team to achieve production goals.
• Plan and schedule work to meet production demands and optimize resources.
• Enforce quality control measures and aerospace industry standards.
• Identify training needs and develop team capabilities.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate updates and performance metrics to the Operations Manager.
