Job summary

NASCAR in Concord, NC is seeking an experienced Coordinator, Production Operations to shape content operations for TV and digital platforms, coordinating resources, workflows and logistics to keep productions running smoothly from planning through delivery.

You will collaborate with producers, post-production, and engineering teams, manage production materials and staffing, and help scale content creation while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high quality across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of four years of related production, broadcast, media operations, or project coordination experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and operations for television and digital productions.
• Manage collection, organization, and distribution of production materials.
• Coordinate staffing including scheduling employees and freelancers.
• Create and manage production work orders and media distribution following established workflows.
• Identify resources (studios, control rooms, editing suites) across the production lifecycle.
