Responsibilities

• Support a critical operational support service, process, capability, or initiative within an operational unit.
• Ensure performance and risk indicators are met.
• Establish and monitor process performance measurements and business impact.
• Prepare performance statistics and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Monitor production workflow.
• Assist team members with escalated process issues.
• Identify and resolve exceptions independently.
• Serve as a point of escalation.
• Monitor production and process effectiveness and efficiency.
• Determine and drive production and process change and improvement efforts.
