Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Process management.
• 2+ years of experience in Project management.
• 2+ years of experience in People management.
• Strong analytical skills.

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment.
• Strong leadership skills.
• No sponsorship for employment authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of process managers in delivering flawlessly executed processes
• Create and modify processes to improve business efficiency and drive results
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to influence business outcomes
• Monitor data trends and establish benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity
• Educate stakeholders and gain buy-in for appropriate process utilization

• Analyze, identify, and correct data issues in departmental systems
