Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-4 years related experience in production field.
• 1 year supervisory experience.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee the complete operation of a designated production area.
• Oversee daily scheduling of production lines using published production backlog.
• Assist in hiring decisions and selection of department personnel for assignment of duties, promotion, transfer, and discharge.
• Conduct evaluations and performance reviews.
• Maintain product quality using workmanship standards, assembly instructions, test procedures, and other applicable documentation.
• Conduct training of assigned personnel.
• Maintain safety of the work area according to company safety requirements.
