Responsibilities

• Document and maintain processes, procedures, and workflow diagrams within a central repository.
• Develop, test, and implement quality controls and process controls.
• Coordinate process updates and improvements and monitor performance metrics.
• Lead tactical continuous improvement initiatives based on frontline operational knowledge.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement process enhancements improving efficiency and experiences for employees and customers.
• Facilitate Problem Solving sessions and monitor problem tracker updates.
• Develop and maintain system/application expertise to support operations and training.
