Responsibilities

• Prepare operational analyses of services, projects, or business functions.
• Maintain databases and develop metrics and scorecards to improve performance.
• Research operations data including performance, productivity, error rates, and root causes.
• Review reports to identify operational issues across departments.
• Prepare reports, graphs, charts and presentations to support analyses.
• Utilize systems and software to develop and maintain reporting tools supporting business decisions.
• Perform supplier and location waste walks to generate cost-saving ideas.
