Qualifications

• Previous Production Operations experience.
• Defense and Aerospace production process knowledge.
• Excellent verbal/written communications across management levels.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Active Secret Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team through the full lifecycle of development assemblies and STE.
• Manage day-to-day lab operations, ensuring timely handoffs and quality/safety compliance.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing schedules aligning lab capacity with program milestones.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Drive continuous-improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
