Qualifications

• Awarded Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering
• Excellent verbal/written communications skills
• Microsoft Office suite experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Analyze electrical, electromechanical, and cable schematics during development and production stages.
• Update and create assembly work instructions for efficient assembly based on drawings and models.
• Investigate technical problems and provide guidance to support manufacturing operators to facilitate assembly performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing failures and help implement corrective action which may include design change recommendations.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the manufacturing process.
• Provide input to product design regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
• Identify and maintain tool lists required for the efficient assembly of the given products.
• Work in close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts in the implementation of manufacturing functional improvements.
