Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering required.

• 8–12+ years of experience in manufacturing or product development.
• Experience transitioning products from prototype to production and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess product designs for manufacturability, assembly complexity, tooling requirements, process capability, production scalability, testability and test synergy improvements.
• Drive designs for cost, quality, reliability, and manufacturability improvements.
• Develop and improve production processes, tooling, fixtures, equipment, and test methods.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for yield improvement, cycle-time reduction, capacity improvement, and cost reduction.
