KeHE Distributors is seeking a Production Operations Controller in Dallas to coordinate inbound/outbound activities, manage staffing plans, and lead shift execution. You will partner with Finance, Inventory Management and Sales to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality and productivity.

The role requires 4+ years in warehouse operations and a bachelor’s degree in a related field; strong Excel skills and lean-methodology knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations or production logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• High School Diploma or GED accepted with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound activities to optimize flow.
• Plan staffing with site leadership and review goals.
• Lead shifts and post-shift debriefs to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Inventory Management and Sales on operational efficiency.
