Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC in New York state is seeking a Production Operations Controller to coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activities, oversee daily planning, and drive site performance metrics. You will partner with Finance, Inventory Management, Sales and other teams, lead shifts, and implement continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality and productivity.

This is a full-time, on-site role with potential for extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, production or related field.
• Food distribution or warehouse experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong data analysis and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound activities to ensure on-time shipments.
• Plan staffing levels, assignments, and goals with site leadership.
• Lead daily shifts, conduct post‑shift debriefs, and report to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with Finance, Inventory Management and Sales on operations and efficiency.
• Support multiple shifts including overnight and weekends as needed.
