Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Production Operations Controller in Dallas, TX to coordinate, plan and execute efficient inbound and outbound operations, overseeing daily and strategic planning, workforce management, and site performance metrics.

In this role you will act as a liaison across Finance, Inventory Management, Sales and other groups, driving continuous improvement in safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Food distribution or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound activities.
• Plan staffing and cross-training for the site.
• Lead shift reviews and develop action plans to meet commitments.
• Serve as liaison between departments to maintain seamless workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with Finance, Inventory Management, Sales and others on operations and efficiencies.
