The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Inventory, Sales, and operations to meet commitments and improve productivity.

The position requires a strong foundation in warehouse operations, Lean principles, and data analysis, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement across shifts, including nights or weekends

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
4+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
Food distribution or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound activities to ensure timely fulfillment.
Plan staffing and cross-training with site leadership.
Lead daily reviews and action plans to meet commitments.
Collaborate with Finance, Inventory, and Sales on operational efficiency.
Support continuous improvement for safety, quality, and productivity.
