Qualifications

• Willingness to adhere to OSHA/MSHA requirements.
• Probationary period of six months from the date of hire.
• 0–2 years' experience in mining or heavy industry preferred.
• Safety systems knowledge and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and accountability in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Work with employees to ensure a high level of accuracy and engagement on hazard identification and control.
• Engage with crews and leadership to define processes that drive toward common goals.
• Assist with MSHA regulatory task training and verify compliance to standards.
• Live Turner Values and lead by example in daily decision making.
• Assist with training proficiency audits and risk assessment processes at various levels.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in machines and work areas.
