Job summary

Turner Mining Group is seeking a Production Miner in the United States. The successful candidate will support safe production, participate in hazard identification, and train toward becoming an Equipment Operator while adhering to OSHA/MSHA regulations.

Responsibilities include pre-operation inspections, documentation, and maintaining a clean work environment. You will collaborate with crews and leadership to drive improvement and meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Willingness to adhere to OSHA / MSHA regulatory requirements.
• Probationary period of six months from the date of hire.
• 0-2 years’ experience in mining / heavy industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of safety systems and processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to be flexible on daily job duty requirements.
• Maintains a positive outspoken learning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality pre-operation machine inspections.
• Document training checklists and regulatory forms as required.
• Assist with hazard identification and controls across the site.
• Support training and development toward Equipment Operator duties.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in work areas and equipment.
• Communicate with crew and leadership to align on goals and improvements.
