Qualifications

• Willingness to comply with OSHA/MSHA rules.
• Probationary period of six months from date of hire.
• 0-2 years’ experience in mining/heavy industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of safety systems and processes.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible on daily job duty requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hazard identification and control with crews.
• Engage leadership to define processes for improvement.
• Assist with MSHA regulatory task training and verify compliance.
• Live the values and lead by example in safety ownership.
• Assist with training proficiency audits and risk assessments.
