Airbus Helicopters, Inc. in Grand Prairie, TX is hiring a Production Control Coordinator to join our Production Planning & Operations team.

The role supports DCR shops to expedite logistics and planning activities, coordinating movement of material and ensuring accurate documentation. You will work onsite with a focus on material control, outbound shipping readiness, SAP transactions, and adherence to ITAR requirements.

Formación

• Required: High School education or equivalent.
• Minimum one year related experience in material control.
• Must be a US Person under ITAR definition (U.S. Citizen, green card holder or person covered under our existing ITAR license).
• Effective communication skills needed, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Attention to detail / detail oriented.
• Familiar with general office procedures and PC skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form in English.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft products.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Movement of Material: 60% distribution of inbound parts from DFW warehouse to appropriate carts or totes, return material to stock, and manage discrepancies.
• Coordinate Return to Customer of Completed Components: 30% ensure outbound shipping is properly packaged and complete SAP transactions to finalize shipments.
• Maintains Inventories: 10% maintain inventory in line with shop needs and FIFO principles; liaise on invoicing and goods receipt communications.
