Job summary

Airbus seeks a Production Activity Control Coordinator to oversee daily PAC operations across manufacturing—aligning the Production Schedule, shop floor, inventory, and Supply Chain. You will lead the PAC team, manage WOs, and ensure materials availability to avoid line stoppages.

The role requires 5+ years in Supply Chain/Production Control, familiarity with MRP II (S&OP, MPS, MRP), and strong cross-functional communication. Travel 5% domestically/internationally. Based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics and 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Production Control
• Master degree and APICS CPIM (Level 1) certification is a plus
• Experience with MRP II principles (S&OP, MPS, MRP, Execution) and end-to-end Supply Chain concepts

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Activity Controllers and oversee daily PAC operations
• Ensure schedules support PPC and weekly MPS decisions
• Oversee work order lifecycle and materials consumption
• Manage component availability and line-side parts flow
• Coordinate cross-functional handoffs and issue escalation
