Job summary

Comlux America in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Production Control Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across Scheduling, Production Planning, Material Planning, and Production Control. The role ensures on-time aircraft delivery, optimal use of labor and materials, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in production control, production planning, scheduling, operations, supply chain, or related discipline.
• Previous experience in aerospace, aviation, aircraft completion, MRO, or complex manufacturing environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for Scheduling, Production Planning, Material Planning, and Production Control.
• Develops, implements, and maintains integrated production schedules aligning with aircraft completion requirements and delivery commitments.
• Oversees production flow from induction through final delivery and identifies constraints and risks.
• Establishes production control priorities and ensures planning supports commitments.
• Leads development and maintenance of production schedules, milestones, forecasts, and recovery plans.
• Monitors progress against schedules and directs actions when performance falls behind plan.
