Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Longmont, CO seeks an inventory coordination specialist to streamline movement and verification on the production floor. You will liaise between Production and Warehouse, review reports, return kits, and manage shortages to keep operations efficient.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years’ experience, a High School Diploma, and strong skills with MRP systems, Epicor, Aegis, Excel and TEAMS. Must be US citizen due to ITAR/CUI compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience required.
• High School Diploma.
• Proficient with MRP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement and verification of inventory on the production floor.
• Act as liaison between Production and Warehouse.
• Run or review reports to determine work order statuses.
• Return kits/materials to the warehouse after production.
• Assist with shortages and ensure timely paperwork completion.
• Use Epicor, Aegis, Teams and Excel accurately and consistently.
