Job summary

Module X Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Production Coordinator to ensure the accuracy and flow of work tickets and material transactions within the assigned production department, from ticket release through closure.

This floor-based role works closely with supervisors and operators to maintain current production documentation, verify shop-floor scanning activity, support accurate material transactions, and communicate production status and exceptions to Production Planning.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree or technical certificate preferred.
APICS/ASCM CPIM coursework or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Review daily shop-floor scanning activity and identify discrepancies.
Verify labor and production quantities align with output before closing tickets.
Maintain current production documentation and issue materials per BOM requirements.
Coordinate with Production Planning to communicate status and exceptions.
Support ERP and shop-floor data validation and training.
