Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Longmont, CO seeks an inventory coordination specialist to streamline movement and verification on the production floor. You will liaise between Production and Warehouse, review reports, return kits, and manage shortages to keep operations efficient.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years’ experience, a High School Diploma, and strong skills with MRP systems, Epicor, Aegis, Excel and TEAMS. Must be US citizen due to ITAR/CUI compliance.

Job Details: Job Location: Longmont 0NK54 - Longmont, CO, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.00Hourly, Job Shift: 1st, Summary:

Responsible for the coordinating the physical movement and verification of inventory on the production floor.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison between Production and the Warehouse.
  • Run or review reports to determine work order statuses (open/closed).
  • Return kits/materials to the warehouse after production work has been completed.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Lead; Locate consumables in WIP.
  • Assist production locating parts on shelves, needed to fill shortages.
  • Assist with shortage requests; Obtain all signatures required.
  • Ensure paperwork filled out by production employees is correct and completed in a timely fashion.
  • Identify UOM discrepancies; Drive necessary ECO changes.
  • Assist driving aging work orders to completion.
  • Ensure production is using correct boxes for coating.
  • Must be able to use Epicor and Aegis accurately.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft TEAMS consistently.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft excel consistently and accurately.
  • Must be able to type without errors.
  • Must be able to run reports and analyze data.
  • Must be able to work under deadlines.
  • Must be able to interface in a positive manner with all levels of employees and Management.
  • Must be able to effectively multitask.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to stay on task, and follow through to completion.
  • Comply with all in-house training as identified in job specific family and or specific training plan.
  • Perform all other duties, as assigned.

Due to ITAR and / or CUI compliance, this position requires candidates to be a U.S. Citizen.

Qualifications: Education/Work Experience
  • 4+ years’ experience required.
  • High School Diploma.
Skills/Knowledge
  • Must be able to do simple math calculations.
  • Must have experience working on MRP systems.
  • Must be able to analyze data.
  • Must have experience using outlook or other e-mail platforms.
  • Must have the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy, required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and deadlines, while maintaining complete accuracy.
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Must be a team player as well as be able to work independently.
  • Must be able to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Must be highly organized.
  • Must be able to accept constructive criticism and feedback about performance.
  • Must be able to learn new tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Must have legible hand writing.
  • Must be able to walk, crouch, reach and lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Must be able to Pass J-STD-001 Module 1 and 6, taught on site.
