Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory/Production Coordinator to streamline movement and verification of materials on the production floor. You will liaise between Production and Warehouse, run reports to track work orders, and ensure paperwork is accurate and timely.

Responsibilities include locating consumables, assisting with shortages, and driving aging work orders to completion while using Epicor/Aegis, TEAMS, and Excel effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Production and the Warehouse.
• Run or review reports to determine work order statuses (open/closed).
• Return kits/materials to the warehouse after production.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Lead; locate consumables in WIP.
• Assist production locating parts on shelves to fill shortages.
• Assist with shortage requests; obtain all required signatures.
• Ensure paperwork by production is correct and timely.
• Identify UOM discrepancies; drive ECO changes as needed.
• Assist aging work orders toward completion.
• Ensure correct boxes are used for coating.
