Job summary

NEOTech in Longmont, CO is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to oversee movement and verification of inventory on the production floor. You will liaise between Production and Warehouse, run reports in Epicor, and ensure timely completion of tasks with accuracy.

Role requires 4+ years in inventory/logistics, strong data skills, and experience with MRP systems; ITAR compliance applies. The candidate must be able to work on-site and lift up to 10 lbs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience required in a similar inventory/logistics role.
• Strong math and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with MRP systems and ERP reporting.
• Proficient with Outlook and email communication.
• High attention to detail with accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to work under deadlines and multi-task effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team oriented.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes quickly.
• Legible handwriting and physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Pass J-STD-001 Module 1 and 6 at on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement and verification of inventory on the production floor.
• Act as liaison between Production and the Warehouse.
• Run or review reports to determine work order statuses.
• Return kits/materials to the warehouse after production.
• Locate consumables in WIP and assist with shortages.
• Ensure paperwork is complete and accurate on time.
