RDG Filings, Inc. in Boise, ID is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the conversion of client Word and Excel documents into HTML-compliant EDGAR submissions using our proprietary software.

The role requires keen attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Local candidates with knowledge of HTML or front-end web development are a plus.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for client contact via phone and email.
• Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook; fast keyboard/touch typing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client emails, phone calls and processing needs.
• Compare client-supplied Word documents to internal documents for consistency.
• Convert and modify Word/Excel documents into HTML compliant EDGAR format using proprietary software.
• Stay current with trainings provided by RDG.
