Job summary

RDG is seeking a detail-oriented, self-starting professional to support clients with SEC filings, XBRL tagging, and EDGAR submissions. The role combines customer care with technical QA, requiring strong typing and MS Office skills, and an ability to work both independently and within a team.

You will respond to inquiries by email and phone, collaborate across departments, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, communications or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of SEC & Corporate Filing industry is a plus.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent client communications with precise grammar and professional phrasing.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Maintain a working knowledge of RDG service offerings, focusing on XBRL tagging, XBRL quality assurance and EDGAR filings.
• Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries via e-mail and phone.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Stay current on best practices with the trainings RDG provides.
• Develop a working knowledge of software related to performance.
• Represent RDG Filings in a courteous and professional manner.

Our clients are the officers and legal counsel of publicly traded companies who entrust us with their sensitive financial information to keep them in compliance with SEC regulations. We’re always looking for talented individuals with a great eye for detail who can use our proprietary software to prepare client documents for SEC submission. No prior experience in SEC filings is necessary. Training will be provided.Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm MT, weekends as needed.In office for training and probationary period.
