The position focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating with purchasing and logistics, and driving process improvements while upholding safety policies and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a production environment; 1+ year in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee daily filter production operations to meet goals.
• Know current status of work orders, production centers, and shipping schedules.
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, customer service, and traffic to fulfill objectives.
• Monitor raw materials and communicate stock status to prevent shortages.
• Coordinate new product introductions into the production schedule.
• Identify and implement improvements to the production process.
• Distribute picking tickets to traffic and coordinate changes with departments.
• Coordinate intercompany product transfers with purchasing and traffic.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on production goal achievement.
• Enforce safety and disciplinary policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
