Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production lines and maintain safety, efficiency and productivity.
• Plan workloads by reviewing production schedules and assign tasks.
• Communicate with foreman and staff about delays, changes, and issues.
• Review production reports and ensure accuracy at shift end.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrences.
• Maintain equipment readiness and proper use of machinery.
