Job summary

AAF International is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a multi-functional team responsible for production, quality, safety and equipment maintenance. You will drive lean improvements and ensure world-class environmental compliance.

The role requires a college degree in engineering or a technical field with significant plant management experience, plus strong leadership and change-management skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• College/university degree in Engineering or technical discipline required.
• MBA a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or related education preferred.
• 7–10 years of plant/general management experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day plant operations to meet safety, quality and delivery goals.
• Direct and coordinate production, maintenance, quality and engineering activities.
• Implement Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs.
• Develop and mentor employees to achieve high performance.
• Partner with Sales to ensure voice of the customer in manufacturing.
