Job summary

AAF International in North Carolina is seeking a production supervisor to oversee the filter production area and ensure safe, timely completion of schedules. You will manage personnel, enforce safety policies, and drive cost controls while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating overtime, reporting production metrics, and collaborating with management to implement process improvements. Prior leadership and familiarity with NQA-1 and blueprints are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of filter and/or assembly procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret product drawings.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/64 inch.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the filter production area.
• Schedule filter production and meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with NQA-1 and industry standards.
• Develop improvements to the production process.
• Provide feedback to employees on production goals.
• Schedule overtime for personnel.
• Enforce company safety and disciplinary policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
